I am AVP, Financial Services Legal Regulatory (Osaic FA National Design/ Advanced Planning) based in Hartford, Connecticut. My expertise is in advanced planning case design and tax and legislative monitoring and reporting. I principally support Osaic FA representatives and regularly speak with Financial Professionals, their staff, client’s attorneys, and accountants and other tax specialists throughout the country on a wide variety of tax planning issues, working on financial planning designs to develop effective client solutions and alternatives.1
Prior to joining Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) in 1991, I was a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Hartford working in the areas of personal and corporate income taxation as well as estate, gift and trust taxation. I received a BA degree in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. Additionally, I received an LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. To further enhance my understanding of the financial services industry, I also earned my CLU and ChFC designations from The American College of Financial Services.
